I have had some fun with this and wanted to share my jingle in case anyone is stuck on developing their own.
“fit and healthy, having fun, mind is focussed, getting it DONE!”.
There are 4 parts to the structure of the jingle and this makes it quite flexible and adaptable. I think this jingle structure works as the rhythmic element is in the second and last parts of the jingle. It also works in the spirit of UM as it embraces positivity and action.
For example, in my jingle the words “mind is focussed” are easily replaceable with other words depending on how I need to shift my focus eg: “positive intent”…”I will do this”… even when doing Kokoro practice I can adjust it reflect the essence of the practice on eg. “Spine is Long”.
