At first, I thought not, but then as I read more and reviewed a few times and made myself apply it I discovered a key part for myself.
It gives me the chance to review what I may have from morning one and go over in the ritual as to why it happened or not. then sleep on it – if I do not, I just think of it all night and not good sleep and wake up the next day as the prior day was a mess that had no understanding.
What are you doing to help yourself? It is a good climb up a hill for me still but I like to hear what others do.
