Hello all!
Wanted to take a minute to introduce myself and offer a platform for everyone else in this larger boat crew. My name is Andrew M Dougherty (obviously), I’m 36 years young and really dig tai chi/ meditation, box breathing, personal development, the whole shabang. Originally from the midwest (representin the 815! 🙂 now living in beautiful, sunny, and mountainous northern California. By the way, San Francisco is central California at best. I’m WAY up here in what folks here call the State of Jefferson. But that’s for another day. On to what really matters:
My Purpose: To develop beyond some of my past patterns of behavior (and MAYBE a few current ones 😉 so I may be of useful and beneficial service to humanity and this wonderful, life-giving, life-sustaining, water-laden, planetary-spaceship we all call earth.
My Passion: Old world, true-blue Stone Masonry. Both practicing and innovating the craft to bring it within reach of us common folk once again; <span style=”color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”>In humble and honorable service to my fellow beings (other people mostly, but the plant and animal worlds count too :)
My Principles: Family, Mindfulness, Fitness, Cooperation, and Service
Enough of my crap, I’m far more interested in learning who a few of YOU are and what are your purposes, passions, or principles?
Maybe what brought you to Integral Theory and/or the world of Unbeatable Mind and personal development?

I suppose its only fair that I answer that second question too. I’m a combat veteran, a newer father… and a new-ish husband, so most of my motivation surrounds honoring and expressing the higher self. Which is desperately needed if I am to be of helpful and beneficial service to my family, my country, and the world.

SmilePray My sincere and humble gratitude to all taking the time to read this and reply! Love You Gesture
